Asia Cup 2022 Format Details
This Asia Cup 2022 will be held in T20 format. It is only the second time this championship is played on the 20 overs format. India is the defending champion. While UAE is the host country for the tournament.
The Asia Cup 2022 cricket will also be necessary for the teams participating in the next T20 World Cup, which is supposed to begin on the 22nd of October.

Well, the official Asia Cup timetable for 2022 is yet to be announced. And the Asian Cricket Council has only revealed that the Asia Cup will start in mid-August and last till September. Its predicted date to start is, however, the 20th of August, 2022. India is the defending champion from the last Asia Cup.
